Matanzas Properties

I highly recommend Matanzas Properties for your vacation rental needs. Sarah and her staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the St. Augustine and Palm Coast beaches. Sarah has been helping my family locate the perfect vacation rental for over 7 years now. She is always available and addresses any concerns or issues we have promptly. Absolutely wonderful to work with and so kind!!!!!

Matanzas Properties is an absolute dream of a local business. We've been renting from them for nearly five years now, and have never encountered an issue that wasn't properly handled in a timely manner. Every single person at that office has a delightful personality combined with unparalleled professionalism. Sarah has been nothing short of wonderful in every single interaction, keen business sense with positive reliability. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone looking for a new home, rental, or property management company. There's a great deal of businesses like this here in Saint Augustine, but this one significantly shines above the rest, necessitating a five star review.

As a renter, I have been absolutely thrilled with Matanzas Properties. From day one, Sarah has been very helpful, prompt to respond to any concerns or questions and is always courteous and professional. She has gone above and beyond to meet any needs I've had. It's rare to come across individuals who will extend as much effort as Sarah does to demonstrate top-notch service to her clients. Thank you, Matanzas Properties!!

Janet and Sarah did an excellent job of helping us on our move from California to St. Augustine due to a new job offer I accepted. Everything had to move so quickly with the relocation, and we only had a few days to come out and find our new home. Sarah had us in a nice beautiful rental in one day. After living here for 6 months we decided we loved the house we were renting so much I asked if we could purchase it. Although the owners were a little hesitant Janet and Sarah were able to negotiate a fantastic deal essentially getting us what we wanted! We closed escrow a few weeks ago and we couldn't be happier. Throughout the process they were super helpful and always responded immediately. They are amazing!!!! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend others do also. And no, they did not compensate me for this review as some companies do. This is how I truly feel.
