Masterworks Automotive Inc

I cannot say enough great things about Masterworks Automotive. Tom has been my family's mechanic for over thirty years. He is honest, reasonable, caring and truly cares about the job that he does. He doesn't upsell or do work that you don't need... only what you do need and tries to help you every step of the way with explaining the work that needs to be done as well as taking pictures, videos, answering my many phone calls and texts at all hours of the day, night and weekend. When he works on your vehicle, he does it right the very first time. Not only that but he guarantees a lifetime warranty on the work that he does. What other mechanic do you know does this? I wouldn't take my family's vehicles to anyone else in Jacksonville or the surronding areas except to Masterworks! Tom is one in a million!

The best automotive shop in Jacksonville. Honest, reliable, excellent mechanic and will only do what repairs your vehicle needs. Yes, you may have to pay a diagnostic fee, which is understandable to pay the mechanic for his time to figure out what is wrong with your car. If you went to a dentist for a toothache, they would charge you for an exam and x-ray. It makes complete sense. His prices are the best and Jacksonville and you can’t ask for a better mechanic! Highly recommend to anyone needing vehicle repairs! He has been my me mechanic for over thirty years. I would not take my vehicle to anyone else!

I have used Tom many times and every time he keeps you updated with pictures and explains what everything is. His prices are way beyond fair! When it’s time to pick up your vehicle he has all the old parts out for you to see with the new parts boxes so you know he didn’t just go putting some junk back on your vehicle. He’s such a amazing mechanic and really knows what he’s doing! I’m so thankful I met him! It’s hard to find a honest mechanic and this guy really is! Thank you Tom!! 😁

Tom is great! A trustworthy and honest mechanic is a blessing. I always feel like he lets me know what the major problem is that needs to be fixed now, while also letting me know what can wait a little longer. I never feel like he is trying to upsell me on something I don't need. Highly recommend!
