Excellent dry cleaner! My clothes were returned fresh, neatly pressed, and in perfect condition. They treated delicate fabrics with great care and made sure everything was handled safely. The service was fast, reliable, and very professional. I would definitely recommend them.
Very disappointed. Took 11 button shirts to be pressed. I keep them all in the dry cleaning bag until i am going to use them and when i went to wear one of the shirts it was wrinkled(looked not pressed at all). I proceeded to check the others and all looked similar. They looked like they were steamed but not pressed. I have a good size closet and i keep my nice clothing separate to avoid wrinkles. It is unacceptable that i ended up pressing myself the shirts before going out because of the poor job done. I was giving the benefit of the doubt if maybe only one shirt was wrinkled but 8 or 9 shirts look similar 🤦🏾♂️. Dry cleaning and pressing is not cheap and the quality is poor to say the least. Im glad i didn't take my military uniforms because they would've been pressed below standards. All the shirts in the picture were not worn. Will recommend everyone to check every shirt before leaving.
I dropped off four dress shirts and three pair of dress pants in January, 9 days prior to leaving on a cruise. Was told it was not a problem, they will be ready. 8 days later. I came back 8 days later and two dress shirts were not back and one of the pair of dress pants (new, never worn) had a dark stain on them, it was visible as they were hanging in the plastic. Then the lady behind the counter told me that I needed to give them 3.5 days to clean and press clothes. I politely explained that it had been 8 days. Just received a blank look. The nice lady then took a picture of the stained pants and told me she was sending it to the owner. When I got back from my cruise, I did pick up the other two shirts that were not ready until day 10 after dropping them off. No apology, I paid in full, was told it was their new vendors problem and they were just the middle man. As far as I am concerned, I was doing business with Martinizing, not their vendor. That will be the last time I do business with them. Not because of the stain and 10 day turn around but the fact that they did not take responsibility for the situation.
Staff were very knowledgeable and kind. The end result was excellent cleaning of suits and shirts. The 15% discount was certainly appreciated.
Pricey. Very pricey. But good. Excellent job with my formal wear, however, at almost $30 for 2 shirts and 2 pairs of pants, there are other places with the quality of work just as good for MUCH less money
