I cannot recommend Marsh Landing Real Estate highly enough — this was hands-down the best real estate experience we have ever had, from our very first contact through closing and even the follow-up afterward. I cannot say enough about the Marsh Landing Realty team. They are topnotch! Cici, Jenna & Tish provided very personalized, polished and professional service to me and my husband. Both in selling our house and finding a new one. Each time they showed our house, one of their sales folks were there to assist potential sellers, gauge reactions and provide us with immediate feedback. Whenever we contacted the Marsh Landing Realty team, they were incredibly responsive. They often answered calls, texts or emails within minutes. Or, if they couldn't respond right away, they would let us know. Their recommendations greatly assisted in effectively staging our house and making sure it sold quickly and for the best price. Marsh Landing Realty made the whole process a lot less stressful. After we sold our house and were living in temporary housing, there was no badgering or pressuring us with when they could help us buy a new house. Instead, the team graciously waited for us to catch our breath and initiate contact. Marsh Landing Realty never assumed that they would be representing us on the buyer's side . . . but by then we had learned to respect and trust the team. Then we looked at dozens of houses. Once again, there was no pressure for us to "settle" on any particular house so that they could make the sale. No . . . you can really see and feel how Marsh Landing Realty views its clients. They do not try to make a quick buck. Instead, they build relationships and make sure their clients are satisfied. That is their number one priority. And it shows! When we finally landed on just the house for us, Marsh Landing Realty helped us close the deal, even though we had very difficult sellers. Agree with below integrity issues. One day my contract expired the next its all of a sudden valid again...
