Horrible experience at this office. I made a virtual appointment, the doctor was 15 minutes late and no one reached out to me about it and I had to call to ask if we were still meeting. After finally getting on the call, the doctor essentially told me that the problems I was facing were essentially completely my fault. He was awful and did more damage than good. Finally, after finding them on my insurance plan, they told me that they don’t accept my insurance AFTER the appointment. Now after a year of appeals I owe $230 for a visit that should have been covered. They never answer the phone, they don’t act as though they care about patients, they have HORRIBLE care services, don’t bother to check insurance and leave you with a bill you shouldn’t have. Take your business somewhere else and you’ll be more satisfied. Awful awful group.
Tomaski is great! 5 stars for him. The receptionist and manager needs improvement. 1 star for them. The Front desk called after a phone meeting with Tomaski and said it was $$$. I asked why it went up in price normally we pay $$. They said they'd ask and call back. I finally called them a week later to fix the insurance card issue (they had the wrong f Group number) and the receptionist said I needed to to talk to the manager. The manager says, you had an issue with payment correct? I heard someone was harassing and giving the girls a hard time . What, I never gave anyone a hard time I was just trying to find out why the payment was more for a ph meeting than in person. The manager said, you went past your time and we have ph records to prove to you went over your appt time. I said it was only20 mins. NO MA,AM! IT WASN'T and I can send you our records. So looked up my phone call and it was 26mi and 10 sec. There was more rudeness the manager said and she had the audacity to tell Tomaski that we were complaining about the service when he was the one late calling and we had to change our schedule., which we didn't complain about. Please hire adept ppl with social and customer service skills.
I was and am very happy with my experience at MLBG! The ladies up front are very kind, patient, and helpful in a time when you feel your most vulnerable. The therapy staff is equally excellent as they welcome you in with open and understanding arms. I highly recommend this location!
I seriously question the qualifications of Dr. Sanchez. She is certainly not by any measure a professional and is seriously lacking in her ability to properly diagnose and treat children.
