I was stuck on the side of the road due to an issue with previous car maintenance. I called Mark, who rescued me and bought all the car parts and equipment to fix my problems. He mindfully documented my issue and proceeded to protect my car's structural integrity. The auto mechanical world needs more mechanics like this man and his crew. They care and are straightforward. If you have car issues in or near Hilliard, FL, go with Mark. He won’t BS you or overcharge. He knows what he is doing, and he just wants his customers to thrive. I can’t thank you enough, sir. My car issues happened yesterday as I was on a long road trip due to a family emergency. Thanks again. Jhessye 😉😊✌️☺️
When my brakes were fixed was told to be careful the brakes were tight. Now 3 months later my whole care shakes when putting on brakes. Called and was told he could look at it the next week. (7 days later) I needed to go to downtown Jacksonville for my job
Can’t say enough about the service. While traveling for work, water pump went out. Stopped in and he replaced quickly and road tested, allowing me to get home. Thanks again!!!!!!
Mark is outstanding! Him and his co-worker fixed up my F150 running better than it ever has. On top of that, he did it well before when he said he could do it originally. I'm so happy to live so close to an honest mechanic. He helped me over the phone, just being a nice guy before I even brought it in. He is really knowledgeable and his prices are affordable! -Mariah
Just went for an oil change , best price I found and very nice people . Highly recommend!! They also squeezed me in last minute
