Stellar service on VW. Very honest, and very knowledgeable from years of experience on this team as a local family owned business. Always deliver in time promised at fair prices.
I had probably the most difficult issue with my truck which left us unable to drive it for almost 2 years. I called 6 different mechanics and nobody would take on the task and I was very fortunate to have the mark howard team fix my truck. I worked with John and he was super transparent the entire time and communicated to me what was going on. Nobody took advantage of me or tried to pull one over on me. His price was super fair and I’m so so grateful to have my truck back after all this time! Thank you so much!
This shop is 100% honest! I had my car looked at by a mechanic from a different shop who told me I needed to replace two sensors on my vehicle. However, I made the smart decision taking my car to this shop for a second opinion! I ended up having contaminated gas in my tank and my sensors were just fine! From a $1400 job that wouldn’t have fixed my problem all the way down to just $500! The guys here are extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. Great communication and honest employees. Will be returning. So thank you mark howard automotive for taking good care of my minivan 💕
Amazing car care! One of the few honest car shops in Jacksonville. I will only take my cars here for service. I had a myriad of engine codes, John recommended just fix one of the problem codes, and the others should go away. Saved me hundreds and brought my old 25+ year old car to life!
The team at Mark Howard has been working on my car for nearly ten years. They're always honest and up front. It's never a guess how much my bill is going to be. It's just easy, the way it should be. And thats why I will always use Mark Howard for all my automotive needs and never go anywhere else.
