This is what I experienced on July 2, 2026; I will start by saying that there is no need to call the number to this branch because no one ever answers so I went into the branch. I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The two ladies that work in the Wells Rd office just didn’t seem to care about customers at all. After making two trips to the this location in the same day and giving the run around I was finally able to get great service from Melanie who works in the Lake City branch. She literally stayed after hours to help me close my loan via the phone. The other two ladies at the Wells rd branch in Jacksonville decided to close the doors early(at 3pm), on a Thursday when they were supposed to stay open until 5pm….shame on you! One of the ladies Cierra rudely stated that she was “not going to have time to help me “, which was so funny because I was the only person in the branch at the time. My suggestion is it’s time to clean house of all non-working, rude employees and get people that really care about the customers.
Just got my first loan Tymekia Tindal was a great help. Everyone was so nice and helpful but Tymekia was so nice and helped me through the whole process and explained everything to me. She made this experience very pleasant.
Laurie at the Well Road location was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me get approved for a loan. I had a not so favorable experience in the past and she restored my willingness to do business with Mariner finance.
Tymekai was great and super helpful as well as sincere and just all around pleasant. The loan process was quick and easy and she made it enjoyable. Will use again in the future if needed.
I don't think I've ever been in an office where the entire team was on the same page. Rockstars is the best word to describe every aspect of my experience.
