Margo Garden Products

I ordered four boxes of Royal TAN River Pebbles via Home Depot. Margo Garden Products shipped me four 30 pound boxes of stark white rocks. Home Depot said they will have UPS pick up the boxes I had to tape up again. What a waste of time and energy. And lifting those heavy boxes is not fun.

For PU and Deliveries Check in is in back of building When you go around to back you pass guard shack no one’s there just pass it Park on right side then walk between door 127 and 128 check in is there Checked in 7:42 Checked out 8:30 Not a 24 hour facility 7:30-17:00 Plenty of overnight parking if needed as well Checking in was simple and smooth lady is really nice just make sure you got all your info then she will give you your ppw and seal When given door they’ll tell you to Slide tandems and back in to door Also keep an eye out for the forklift driver in dock he will not come and call you he’s just gonna yell from dock when he gives you the Good To go you can pull out put your own seal in and get adjusted Stay safe Trucking Fam 🙏💯

Truck drivers- I95(N) to exit 358A= R105(N)…go approx 1.0 miles - turn left= Busch Dr…go approx 1.4 miles - turn right = Whittaker … go 0.5 miles - turn right = Cold Storage rd… dead end - turn left.. 1 st entrance on left… no guard on duty.. park on right..check in near dock door 127…

Margo Garden Products fulfilled my Lowe's order for 900 pounds of decorative rocks. The shipment came up about 150 lbs short, but one quick call was all it took to resolve it. They were extremely apologetic and immediately 2-day shipped the missing rock, which arrived before the job was finished. Outstanding customer service and responsiveness—highly impressed!
