Lead my friend and his daughter on. Telling them they would send a smoothie plan. To help with my friends recovery process also schedule additional visits after 30 days. After his daughter sent over 15 emails following up, and made a plethora of phone calls. The office would just complain about how busy they were that they haven’t got around to it. They never got back with her. Almost like they knew they were not going to help from the beginning. They just kept telling them what they wanted to hear. Until they stopped eventually calling. That is terrible customer service and they set very false expectations. Instead of being honest and saying look this case may be to complicated for us. Highly wouldn’t recommend this office……

Dr. Marcus excels at his profession. After six weeks of pain and an incalculable number of stretches I finally went to see Marcus. Immediate relief, and then , less than thirty minutes later I'm actually at the gym working out without any discomfort. Stellar.
Professional, kind, caring and empathetic. Amazing chiropractic office with terrific staff all around.
