The place had a huge variety of shakes and flavors which was great. But me and a friend walked in and no body said hey or even bothered to look at us, for over 15 minutes. Another person walks in and is helped right away. So I said something and the employee had an attitude. The place was not busy and the employees were interested in playing around in the back. They were very unprofessional and rude. Half the icecream was taken away. Would not recommend going and spending money here.

Staff was very nice but, ice cream was extremely expensive…. a small ice cream was 7 dollars and it was freezer burnt. I couldn’t even eat it. My boyfriend got an ice cream sand-which and his ice cream was freezer burnt as well and the cookie was not good. /:
The icecreams are amazing and the staff and service is very nice. The place is very well maintained. There are so many options to choose from . Absolutely loved this place
marble slab is my FAV ice cream place and this was my first time at this location. All the ice cream was melted…it looked like slop. the cotton candy flavor didn’t even taste like cotton candy. not good
Icecream is freezer burnt, flavored energy drink tastes like a regular redbull, very expensive for less than average food. So expensive, should’ve left when we saw the ai menu. edit: forgot to mention that barely anything is priced, the employees didn’t even know the prices and were rude when we asked.
