Mandarin South Dentistry: Proctor Dental

I have been a patient with Mandarin South ever since I moved to Jacksonville in March 2025. I have had several cleanings and crowns and each time the service has been excellent. Dr. Proctor and her entire staff are attentive, friendly and very professional. They take the time to explain procedures and take great care in all treatments. You can tell that they really care about their patients. Hi highly recommend this practice.

I was looking for a new dentist and found Dr Proctor by looking at online reviews . My initial visit, which was X-rays and a cleaning. It was one of the best and most thorough cleanings I have ever had. Dr Proctor also came in to first of all get to know me and I her. She thoroughly explained what dental work I would need immediately and what could wait. She also referred me to a specialist for evaluation of a possible complication from a previous root canal. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this dentist and her staff.

I always receive excellent care from Dr. Proctor and her team. They take the time to find solutions that are both reasonable and sustainable, and the positive atmosphere at the dentistry makes every visit comfortable.

My wife & I are very happy & satisfied with the service that she received today, her crown was put on after she waited for it for weeks. And I am satisfied with my consultation with Dr. Proctor regarding my previous & upcoming services/ appointments. Marina was very friendly as usual, & Christie at the front desk chatted with us for a few minutes in her friendly manner & Lita with her usual pleasant Hi with a sweet smile. Everybody was in a good mood, thanks.
