When I first moved to Jacksonville, I church-hopped looking for a place to worship. I felt comfortable at MLC and planned on returning but started working retail on Sunday mornings. One of the parishioners came to the store where I worked looking for me. She told me I was missed and that she was checking on me. I explained about my work situation and she responded by telling me to let them know I can’t work Sunday mornings because I needed to worship. That’s when I knew I found my church family.
Took my family there for Good Friday service to worship. We where greeted with open arms. This is a every beautiful church with stained glass art windows and lovely wood work. The service was good and the pastor is lovely. She reached out and greeted me and my family after the service. They are part of the ELCA so teaching are pure. I highly recommend attending service!
Friendly and kind folks, the word of Christ and blessings to all!
Speaking biblical truth while being surrounded by other lovely believers. 10/10. I LOVE this church!
