Fantastic experience at this dental office, probably the best I ever visited. The put my name on a board outside the door to welcome me as I was a new client. The front office lady, Monica I believe her name is, she is phenomenal, should win an award as best customer service rep ever. For once, I had the pleasure to be greeted by someone who really cares and truly loves her job. Very clean and welcoming facility. Thank you.
Im really not a dentist fan. Cleanings are always pleasant, but this time i needed to make an appointment due to loosing a filling & cracked tooth. Fear set in as i made the call for appointment......Dr Gregory was gentle, calmed my nerves and provided a beautiful temporary crown. Permanent will be set in 2 weeks. Great experience from staff to billing! Highly recommend Mandarin Dental Care for your next visit. Thank you!!
Mandarin Dental is the best dental office around! The staff is amazing from front office, to hygienists to Dr Gregory!! You’ll feel at home from the time you walk in the door til the end of your visit!! Twenty stars all around!! Highest praise!
Best teeth cleaning I’ve had in a long time. Had a filling and same tooth had to have a crown replaced. Crown perfect and after one day feels comfortable and no sensitivity.
The staff is always welcoming. My hygienist is awesome. I am made to feel comfortable in a situation where many people have anxiety.
