I first met Alberto more than 17 years ago when my Honda Civic was involved in an accident. At the time, he provided a fair estimate, a clear timeline, and delivered exactly as promised. That experience made a lasting impression on me. Since then, I have brought three different vehicles to Mandarin Collision Center for various repairs, largely because of Alberto and the exceptional customer service he consistently provides. Most recently, he repaired scratches on the rear passenger-side doors of my Subaru. As always, Alberto was professional, responsive, and reliable. His estimates are prompt, his work is completed on time, and the quality is consistently excellent. What stands out most is that he treats everyone with the same level of respect, honesty, and care. Alberto is not only an outstanding businessman but, more importantly, a genuinely kind and caring person. In today's world, that level of consistency and customer service is rare. I highly recommend Alberto and Mandarin Collision Center.
Rude! Condescending with zero business sense or ethics. I was referred by a colleague and was treated with utter contempt, disrespect, and false well wishes. To lose me as a customer is ill advised I don’t play games, I spend money!
Great customer service! Alberto always answered the phone quickly when I called to check on progress. Of course, my minivan was fixed completely and now I'm back on the road! He got the paint to match perfectly, too! (FYI...The hub cap is coming later...) Also, since he had to fix the right headlamp, he restored the left one as well! It is crystal clear (remarkable on a 13 1/2 year old vehicle!). I highly recommend his place for any collision needs or headlight restoration.
Alberto and the guys are the absolute best in Jax!!! If you need paint work or body work this is the place to tale your vehicle to. They are friendly, professional and have quality work.
My second time and Mandarin Collision and they are the very best. Used other places over the years with 4 kids and cars and seemed to always have a problem. Have never even had a question with Mandarin Collision.
