We were in the area and needed a place for dinner. We came across Mamasamas and are so glad we found it. The space is small, but the vibes and food are incredible. To start, our waitress was super sweet and helpful. We started with some bread and oil and the meatballs. Both were so good. For entrees, two of us got the Rigatoni Salsiccia, which has a creamy, delicious sauce. The other ordered the Chicken Involtini, which they liked as well. Overall, everything was tasty, and I would definitely come back again.

My wife and I had an incredible experience tonight, and everything from the food to the service exceeded expectations. Nic, the owner, is absolutely amazing and truly passionate about his craft. Watching him hand-make authentic homemade pizzas in his custom outdoor pizza oven on Wednesday nights is an experience by itself. The pizza was hands down one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had in Jacksonville and the surrounding beaches area — perfectly cooked crust, fresh ingredients, and unbelievable flavor. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. You can tell this is a small owner-operated restaurant that genuinely cares about quality, hospitality, and creating an unforgettable dining experience. If you live in Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, or anywhere around Jacksonville, Mamasamas is a must-visit for authentic Italian food. We highly recommend making reservations on Resy, especially for Wednesday pizza nights, because seats fill up fast. That’s exactly what my wife and I did, and we’re so glad we did! Melina is so great! Girls night here is a must, they play great music. Only thing is still having to wait 30 min for a table with a reservation, it’s happened the last 3 times I’ve been. Still 5 stars though.
This place is like a flavor explosion in your mouth. It was fantastic. It is a little in the cozy side and could stand maybe 1 less table to access the restroom easier. That aside, I will be back again. Just short of licking our plates. Try the gnocchi for sure it was light and fluffy
Everything about Mamasama’s is absolutely phenomenal. They serve the best Italian food we’ve had at The Beaches. The drinks are delicious and unique. Service is top tier. The vibes of this place…10/10 no notes. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu!
