This is the before and after pictures of my 1970s pool redone by Majestic. pools here in Orange Park Florida they did a wonderful job very knowledgeable done within the timeframe that I was quoted I am so very happy with my experience .
Used to work there but good quality pools I will never bad talk about him cause he knows his stuff. on the other hand it may take longer than what he says or promises but it will be done with perfection I worked there for many years was even fired from this company more than once but to his credit he knows his stuff he knows how to fix problems he's a very good pool builder best in the city maybe this day if you ask me in a lot of my customers I say my customers but they were his I just did the work everybody thinks that he's mean to everybody but that's just his personality so if you're mean all the time are you really mean? My answer to that question is no that's just who he is he is a great very talented pool builder when he sees a backyard without the pool he can see what is going to look like in his head and plans everything out and that's amazing to me Plus he has great workers use this company end of story!
We had a pool installed not even a year ago and have had the WORST experience In our experience and opinion: The owner and employees are 100% unprofessional and non-responsive after they take your money. We informed them over six weeks ago we had a defect in our pool. After repeated phone calls we have received word from the manager “we are on a waitlist” to even be contacted. Meanwhile the office manager Sonny informed me they are still digging pools for new customers. Would be nice to have our issue resolved before starting new projects.
I had read the reviews prior to calling Majestic Pools, however, I like to support our local businesses and they have been around for many years. After calling and setting up the appointment for a quote, they seemed reasonable and guaranteed me a completion date well before I expected. Although the two man crew along with the owner are hard workers, the two men who did most of the work are disrespectful to the homeowners property in a residential area. I had to clean up their trash and they threw equipment and supplies on my garden. Once the pool was placed in the ground and filled with water, no safety net (Which by the way was folded up and placed against the garage, so it was there) or measures were put around the pool (our yard is not fenced in and we are having a screen put around the pool). I had to call and complain constantly. Due to a number of reasons, which of course according to them was not their fault, the pool is not going to be completed on time, unless they really step it up. They also leave the homeowner to take care of things they should be doing. The reviews you are reading are all true. They have busted my bubble one too many times. So unless they get their butts in gear and step up the process, they will not get a recommendation from me.
We spoke to this company back around July. They were very busy and said they would call us in September to book a consult in October. Here we are half way through October and crickets. We called a couple of times in September and attempted to reach them via facebook. No response. I rarely believe the majority of reviews I read however, you are doing nothing to prove them wrong. Pools are not cheap. If you can not even grant the common courtesy of a phone response, I can't spend my money with you.
