I’ve had bad experiences with lawyers before, and to be honest, I thought Don was going to be the same. But he proved me wrong. He got my boyfriend’s probation changed from a 6–12 month rehab to outpatient so he could be home and help with our kids. I’m a single mom with three under two and have surgery coming up, so having support at home really mattered. Don was professional, easy to work with, and honestly—worth every penny. If you need a good attorney, I definitely recommend him.
It's been 7 years sense I last saw him. So review is a little old. But in 2011 the JSO harassed me in Arlington area. I ended up threatening jso over a rogue officer. Got 2 felonies. Public defender wouldn't help. Family hired Mr Mairs. He did what he could to get me free. Though I felt he could have done better. In 2013 the same officer murdered a JSO officers son in Arlington. The prosecutor James Boyle has been disbarred for misconduct. But Mairs is a good lawyer.
