Originally I got frustrated when I called yesterday and the AI answering service could NOT understand my question to answer it so I went ahead and checked the website. Sure enough the service I needed (DOT physical) was listed and told me everything I needed to know including the cost. It was super easy to make an appointment online and again super easy to check in and pay at the kiosk with the texted QR code. Once you are in the back the staff is super helpful and work diligently to get you in and out. I’ve brought my son in without an appointment to this location a few times in the past and been very happy with services then as well.
My husband came here to get his DOT Drug Test for his company job. Sophia was amazing in helping him and this place is awesome!!! Thank you so much for helping us out with his test.
Overall very satisfied. Walked in expecting a long wait and I was in and out in less than two hours . In which two e-xrays were done and I was referred out to see an orthopedic. Thanks for professional and efficient medical services.
Jessica & the team at Main Street Family Care was extremely professional, they seem me in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
The regional manger Ms. Sabrina is amazing! She always takes initiative to make sure everything in the clinic runs smoothly! So is all the lovely ladies that work there, Mainstreet is always my choice of care, and I always recommend it to anyone!!
