We were able to register online and had quick service. Both staff members were patient with our autistic grandson. He was given a prescription and we were on our way quickly. I highly recommend this practice!
I've been to their office on 3 occasions and payed cash. The 1st time thern. or doc evaluated me told to go get over the counter meds and I did. 1 week later no change another trip to Mainstreet. The next evaluation different doc. perscribed meds and after a week went back for CDL physical felt much better. I returned on the 4th visit and used my Medicare ins and I leave. Now this is back on 6/20/26. I received an email on 9/25/26 that my ins. didn't cover certain charges and the used my card pulled 149.00 from my back causing overdraft fees because I live on 2300.00 per month. I've tried to contact them with no return call only messages to use the patient portal. It is now 10/3/26 and they have yet to reach out to resolve this matter. Beware of card info stored in their system, my opinion this is not fair and they know it. Mark Williamson

Staff was very very professional and could not be pleased more with the Personal response. I got but to get there you have to go through a person list check-in system with the kiosk and it really really sucks to not have a live person to talk to when you arrive instead, you get a blank screen back behind the personnel desk with the name of the facility on it. The person that implemented this plan with no personal greeter needs to actually use the service themselves and see how ridiculous it is.
I had an excellent experience at MainStreet Family Care. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I received the best possible care. The clinic was clean, organized, and the entire visit was efficient without feeling rushed. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of everyone on the team. I highly recommend MainStreet Family Care to anyone looking for quality, compassionate healthcare.
