  I had a TERRIBLE experience printing a multi-page document here. I was in a hurry and trusted the employee (TNLU) to make sure everything was printed correctly before handing it to me. I even watched him flip through each page as if he was checking the quality, so I paid and left, assuming everything was fine. When I got home, I discovered that many of the pages had faded ink, there was a large streak running down the middle of the pages, and parts of the bottom of the document had been cut off. The print quality was completely unacceptable, especially for something I paid good money to have professionally printed. A quick quality check should have caught these obvious issues before the documents were given to me. Instead, I was left with unusable prints and no opportunity to have them corrected because I didn’t discover the problems until I got home. I expected professional service and quality, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
