Never booking again, it's a waste of money and they lie. Me and my family booked maid pros to clean our home before we moved in, when we arrived at our home the next day it was disgusting inside. It smelled incredibly musty, the counters were filthy, base boards and windows, cabinets, we found dead insects on the floors and instead cabinets as well. When I called for a quote I was specifically told they had a 49 point check list they follow to ensure we would arrive to a fresh clean home. When I reached out to maidpro the next day when we arrived, I was told the house was cleaned perfectly and the items not cleaned were not apart of that 49 point check list like I was told at the beginning by the owner Jaqueline. After explaining my frustrations over an over I was finally offered a redo cleaning by the other owner Eduardo. When they came back to re do the clean it was actually done right! Someone just had to be present to make sure they actually cleaned, it no longer smelled musty and it looked clean inside, if we had recieved that from the beginning we would’ve booked with them regularly. I asked specifically for Jaqueline to reach out to me as I was unsatisfied with Eduardo’s customer service and professionalism, an 2 weeks later I have yet to hear anything. Nor after the redo clean has anyone from maidpros to see how it went. This company is not consistent an will take advantage of you. Do not go with this company, do your research an go with someone professional. Jaqueline, if you’re reading this I’m still waiting for my callback.

They did a good job for a regular clean but I scheduled a deep clean and specifically asked for the doors and under the bed to be vacuumed and cleaned but this is what my under the bed still looks like. I had to go behind and finish the wipe off of my shower because it was still dirty on the door frame. And go behind and still wipe off my doors. My baseboards didn’t need to be cleaned because they were freshly painted as well as my cabinets .

I cannot say enough good things about Maidpro Jacksonville! They went above and beyond when cleaning the carpets, and the results are absolutely incredible. The carpets look amazing! Honestly, they look brand new! They were able to remove dirt, stains, and the difference is truly remarkable. The entire experience was professional from start to finish. They were thorough, courteous, hardworking, and clearly take pride in what they do. It is not often that a service exceeds expectations this much, but they absolutely did! If you are looking for a professional cleaning company that cares about the quality of their work and delivers fantastic results, I highly recommend them. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent cleaning service! They were very professional, punctual, and left everything spotless. I was very satisfied with the results and would definitely hire their services again. I love cleaning.
