Luis was amazing! He helped me secure my apartment within six hours of meeting him pushing through all the paperwork necessary working with me every hour through the process. Excellent customer service amazing. Thank you, Luis You did a great job.
Would not recommend. Pool never opens, managers changed like 4 times in one year, kids knocking on your door if you live on the first floor, yard workers leaf blow all the debris into your home, if you live in the far right side it gets very flooded when it rains, other residents use up 5 washing machines and dryers for themselves not considering that there are more people who need to wash as well. KEEP LOOKING SOMEWHERE ELSE It was a mess living here Paying a few more but now I get to use a pool actually, and in unit washer and dryer.
The management is very poor. We scheduled an appointment almost a month in advance, contacted the office several times, and completed the rental application. We were promised that the apartment would be ready for us to view on the scheduled date. However, when we arrived, they told us that the apartment they planned to rent to us still needed repairs and was not available. We only had two weeks left to move into a new place, so this last-minute change caused us a great deal of stress and wasted our time. Very disappointing experience.
I’ve lived at Magnolia Point since 2011. Back then, the apartments were well-kept, management was professional (thank you, Ruby!), and maintenance requests were handled quickly. But after several management changes, everything went downhill. Repairs became slow or poorly done, records got lost, and included services like pest control and carpet cleaning stopped altogether. Mr. Tony, one of the few reliable maintenance workers, kept things running while he was here—but after he left, it was chaos. The current management, Covenant Property Services, has been the worst so far. They tried to make residents responsible for normal wear and tear, charged us extra for things that used to be included, and even billed us for rental insurance we already had. My dishwasher was replaced with a used, broken one that damaged my floor. When I raised concerns, management lost the old maintenance reports and refused to take accountability. Now my health has been affected and requires me to move. they’re charging me $1,100 for an “insufficient notice” fee. After being a loyal tenant for over a decade, this is unacceptable. Magnolia Point used to be a great place to live, i gave them 14 yrs of loyalty but now the tenants are treated like an inconvenience instead of a priority. Proceed with caution. Update: my family and i moved from magnolia point in December 2025 into a home. From what I hear, some stuff hasn't changed and some has. I wish everyone the best from the staff to the residents.
I just want to give a huge shoutout to Tracey, Jerika, and Cristina at Magnolia Point! They’ve all been so kind and helpful since the day I moved in. Anytime I have a question or need something, they’re always on top of it and make sure things get handled quickly. You can tell they really care about the residents here, and it makes such a difference. They always greet me with a smile and make the community feel like home. I’m so thankful for them — they really make Magnolia Point a great place to live!
