Building homes with Magnolia Lane Builders is an exceptional experience from start to finish. Sunny and her team go above and beyond at every stage of the custom home building process, combining professionalism, creativity, and genuine care for their clients. They not only welcome customized details and unique design elements, but actively encourage them, ensuring every home reflects the personality and vision of its owner rather than feeling cookie-cutter. Their communication, organization, and punctuality are incredibly refreshing in the custom building industry, and their commitment to staying on schedule never compromises quality. The craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the entire process is outstanding, and the trusted local vendors and trades they work with make a tremendous difference in the final product. It is rare to find a builder that delivers such a seamless combination of luxury, integrity, and personal service. I cannot recommend Magnolia Lane Builders highly enough!

Working with Sunny and Magnolia Lane Builders is always a pleasure! Every gorgeous home is carefully designed and built to last. We're looking forward to the next project together!
We used Sunny to renovate our entire home in St Augustine, FL and couldn’t be happier. She was so sweet and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We could tell that she loved what she was doing and got just as excited as us to see everything coming together. Love our new kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring throughout the house. Everything looks so beautiful and is way more functional than before! Looking forward to the next project.
