I just arrived at 7:20am for my 9am appointment, after reading all the reviews. I'll give my full review after I leave. One of the older African American guy went and spoke with a lighter complexion guy and he advised him to tell me my appointment time and that he will come get me. There is a dock door available but I'm sure it's for someone who already has an appointment. Fast forward its 8:20am, my appointment isn't until 9am. Loading video captures since arrival for you all. It's 8:27am and I am in the DOOR!! The reviews I've read don't match my experience today. Lol The guy did have to clarify instructions for dock assignments to me since my comprehension was off. Idk why he didn't say just move straight back. He told me to go to second door on this side. I was like huh.. what... he said go on the side of the act truck.... ooh I'm going straight back. Okay! So I'm in the door and they are removing the freight off now. 9:10am they were complete.

Drivers be cautious at this location. The young guy working in the warehouse was extremely unprofessional and confrontational with multiple drivers. He had an attitude, didn’t want to unload trucks, and was yelling and using offensive language. At one point he even tried to fight a driver, then called the police when the situation escalated. Drivers are just trying to do their jobs. Behavior like this from warehouse staff creates unnecessary problems and delays at a receiver.
Fast and easy to back up to a door. Appointment was for 8AM Got there at 7:30 They provided me a door and started unloading. It took them like 1 hour to unload a full truck. Not everyone has the same experience. My recommendation is to try to be there the earliest you can to get a door. Drive safe.
Easy Money… In and out in no time… if they are not super busy you get a dock right away… if they are over booked and too many trucks it will be your appointment time… this place is fair … just dont be like this guy “CloudTrucks” company and pull in and block their gate… pull into their yard and check in… or you might get it from them … Easy Money
