I was sold an item that was faulty. It was sewn incorrectly at the seams. It was also incorrectly security pinned to an incorrect sized item.(it was a set). They purposely close the dressing rooms to get rid of inventory. Had I been able to try this on I would have noticed the poor quality. I took it back the next day. I was told to call loss prevention which didn’t make any sense but I called and we transferred to customer service. I was told I’d get a call back by the next day and no one reached out. This company has no integrity. The associate that attempted to help me was also unprofessional, not helpful, and came off incompetent. Buyers be aware. This company is a scam. Rudest staff I've ever seen. I was in there today. The woman with the colored braids looked bothered I needed to use the fitting room. There were at least two open stalls but she said I had to wait for the others to come out first, then promptly walked away after saying that rudely. Then I asked again and she reluctantly opened the other open door, and said "MA'AM I told you already..." I just ignored her and went in and tried my $100 worth of clothes on. WHILE I WAS IN THERE, she rudely was trying to ask me HOW MANY ITEMS I had. I said back to her "MA'AM," ONE MINUTE AND I WILL LET YOU KNOW" (because I had to count them literally lol). She didn't wait for the number and just walked out of the fitting room. No one in the store asked if they can help me and they seemed more interested (literally 3 employees, one of whom SAW I was waiting at the fitting room and literally did nothing to come over and help) in listening to this rude merchandiser talk about how the shoes on the wall needed to be. THREE employees. Madrag, your clothes are great but these employees are trash. Clean house and I'll be back.

Blake was awesome! Very funny to be around and honestly a whole vibe. I’d literally come shop just to hang out with bro. This entire store has an excellent vibe, employees don’t take any crap from anybody but are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you as long as you’re being a decent human being. I’m glad they have a man working in this store now. Used to be all woman.
