Madison Avenue Hair Salon

I'm wondering if there has been a change of owners since 18 months ago. Back in April, 2025, I came in for my usual dry cut. The owner at that time was a decent, professional woman. She was very kind when I needed to cancel once on short notice. Now, this place is a mere shadow of the thriving business it used to be. Rarely are there more than 1 or 2 customers in at the same time. You were closed on the Sat. afternoon of Labor Day weekend. My stylist is gone; the salon looks like a ghost town every time I drive by. Maybe that is the preference; prices are inflated and services were cut. Why do you need to be a luxury salon; wasn't being a salon in high standing good enough? This review reflects a combined 5 stars for the old Madison Avenue; 1 star for the new version.

My once a month treat where I walk through the door and can relax and know Baily will do her thing on my hair without me having to say a thing. The warmth and friendliness of this salon is amazing. They all care and you can feel it!

I had a wonderful experience at Madison Avenue! MiJung and Abby did an amazing job with my hair, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, friendly, and attentive. The salon has a welcoming atmosphere, and the entire experience was excellent. I highly recommend them!

I’ve had several blow dries and a straightening treatment here - I’ve been super impressed so far. I’ve recently moved from the UK and spent time reviewing all the salons in the area. Madison had the best reviews for colour and blow dries and they were right! Abby is very talented, the salon is great and I highly recommend her and the team!
