I had such an amazing experience with Victoria! I recently got partial highlights done and I could not be happier with the results. She truly listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly the look I was hoping for — beautiful, natural, and professionally done. From start to finish, the professionalism was outstanding, not only from Victoria but from the entire staff as well. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made the whole experience feel relaxing and enjoyable. The salon itself has such a beautiful, calm atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work. I highly recommend Victoria to anyone looking for a talented hairstylist and a wonderful salon experience!
It took me a couple days to even write this because I’m honestly just really upset. I came in asking for a butterfly cut with curtain bangs and was very specific about not taking too much length off. My hair was below my bra line with long layers and naturally curly. Instead, so much length was cut off that my hair is now slightly past my shoulders, uneven, and completely different than what I asked for. During the appointment I was even told things like “why keep all this length anyway?” which made me feel unheard. I really wanted this salon to work out because I had been here before, although I was overcharged by $50 that visit as well. But now I just feel defeated and sad every time I look at my hair. Summer is coming and my confidence is honestly crushed.
Stela was absolutely amazing! She took the time to listen and understand what I wanted (and didn’t want) she made recommendations and it turned out amazing! I’m so in love with my hair and she really made the experience wonderful overall! I will certainly be back to see her. Thanks again!
