We found Madeline's YouTube video when we began our out-of-state house hunt. We were moving to Jacksonville from North Carolina, and after watching that video where she demonstrated her extensive knowledge of the city , we knew we wanted her to help us find our home! We ended up doing a new construction home, and Madeleine was there the whole way. She was there for our initial signing, the design center, multiple construction walk-through, and closing. Madeleine was there during this 11 month process. She was always an advocate for us, and managed multiple challenges through the new construction process and helped guide us, since this was our first time purchasing new construction. She is very responsive to her emails, and she was able to facilitate communication among multiple parties. Even after closing , she was there for us ! She helped us find quality contractors to do some post-closing projects. Definitely do not pass up the opportunity to have a realtor on your side through a new construction. We were thankful to have Madeleine advocate for us !
