Greg was great from the very first hello over the phone all the way through the time I shook his hand when I picked up my car! My brother in law has used Mack’s for years and kept telling me I was nuts for not using them. When I received a $3200 estimate to replace engine mounts elsewhere, I called Mack’s. Talked to Greg, he walked me through their process, I sent him an email with the details, within minutes I had an estimate that saved me ~42%, agreed and set up my appointment. Their drop box is super convenient, they completed the work by mid-day, at which time I received an email with my invoice, then a few minutes later Greg called and confirmed my car was ready! The shop was itself was nice, clean, had a few super cool cars inside. Car drove smoothly on the ride home - wife happy that the vibration is gone! Incredible experience! My new go-to place for my car! Do yourself a favor and check them out next time your car needs work!!
Beautiful experience! Stopped by for a pre purchase inspection on 2014 E350. Greg squeezed me in, though it was getting late to take any more customers. Did a thorough inspection, discovered a reason to not buy the car. Probably saved me thousands in hidden repairs. Thoroughly great experience. Highly recommend these guys for your automotive needs!!

Fairy prices, excellent and timely service. Greg was very straightforward with me from the start and kept me abreast of all issues. I requested my parts for a.potential reimbursement from my manufacturer down the line and the parts were given to me in washed down with a detailed invoice to support any claim I might make in the future. Very highly recommended.
I found MMW thru AI chat box for quality Lexus repairs. I was specifically looking for front brakes to replace the rotors, pads, n shims. The Lexus dealerships are way overpriced n tie up ur time n car on simple brake job. Greg the manager assured me I would be impressed. We spoke numerous times regarding the brake work. Received proposal for work to be completed. Made appt n signed off on paperwork. My daughter’s Lexus GS350F sport was repaired on time as promised. Greg sent payment link n car will be picked up tomorrow. I’m very pleased thus far with greg n MMW. Looking to build honest relationship with a Lexus repair shop vs the dealership shuffle.
