I had a GREAT experience with Mack Eye Care. The staff were very friendly and professional from start to finish. The tech Matthew was very kind and made the process very easy and comfortable. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for quality eye care!
I had a really great experience at Mack Eye Care and would definitely recommend them. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel comfortable right away. Matthew was awesome, super kind, and easy to talk to. He made the process smooth and explained things clearly without making it feel rushed. Dr. Mack was just as impressive. She took her time during the exam, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was taking up too much time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and not just getting you in and out. The office itself is clean, organized, and runs really efficiently. I didn’t have to wait long at all, and scheduling was easy. They also use some advanced equipment, which made me feel confident that I was getting a thorough exam. Overall, it was just a really positive experience from start to finish. It’s not always easy to find a place that’s both professional and personable, but Mack Eye Care definitely strikes that balance. I’ll be coming back and recommending them to others.
Wonderful experience with Dr. Mack! She's helpful, friendly, and took her time & was very detailed in explaining my eye care, cataracts that come along at my age. Her staff is warm and friendly. The office is beautiful and clean and welcoming. I will definitely go back to Dr. Mack for my yearly visits!
I had a great experience at Mack Eye Care inside Lenscrafters. Dr. Mack and her husband (who checked us in) were both very friendly and kind. I had to take my son to his pediatrician appointment before it was my turn for the eye exam, and Mr. Mack told me to just come back after to be taken right back. Both Dr. Mack and Mr. Mack were super friendly to my kids in tow (who enjoyed some lollipops from the front desk). My eye exam was efficient, clean and accurate. Price was reasonable too!
My experience was very good. I love Cindy's personality she makes my eye exam fun for me. Joe and my daugher helped me pick out some new frames. His customer service skills are phenomenal. I'm a forever client at this location
