It's kind of pointless to write this review since you have no other options to get your water through, so this is more of a warning to pay close attention to your bill and water usage. We once had a water leak at the meter that had run our bill up over $100. They came out and said it must be a leak in our house. My husband comes home and shuts our water off at the house and the meter was still running, so he calls them back out. Turns out the leak was at the meter the whole time so they had to move the meter. Also we recently had some billing issues that wasn't completely their fault but their payment system is so outdated that its easy to get confused. Just be careful and vigilant!
My lawn guy accidentally hit a water line at my house yesterday. I called the city of macclenny to come shut the water off because I was not home and the lawn guy couldn’t find the valve. Mr. Russel from their department came out to shut the water off, and went way above and beyond to help my lawn guy fix the pipe and got everything back up and running in no time at all. Whatever you are paying that gentleman is nowhere near enough, he needs a huge raise!!! Thank you
After the unexpected death of my brother, I reached out to City Manager, Phil Rhoden to help me commemorate him, (my brother). Not only did Mr. Rhoden reply promptly, he expressed his condolences and assured me he would make my request happen. The people at City Hall, the employees of the City of MacClenny, not only came through with what will become my brothers memorial but reminded me why I call this place my home. Thank you all for your heartfelt generosity and prayers!
My husband stopped paying the water bill, they cut it off without any notice or warning ⚠️ So I went over there and get the account on my name and I also paid bill, the cashier said that I will get the water back by 5:00PM was a lie, they didn't reconnect the water for me. Please at least a notice letter before cutting it off the service thank you.
