Whoever the receptionist is she’s very rude. I don’t know her name but she sounds Hispanic. I called with questions about a position online. She looked to see if it was available and it wasn’t I asked how often does the website update she hung up in my face. I called and got the voicemail and called back and she was very rude. Wouldn’t let me finish my questions and giving me information I didn’t ask about. She was very rude for no reason. If you don’t like your job maybe find something else.

I have been working as a client with Lyneer for over 3 years now and they have become our nation wide staffing agency. Will is excellent at communicating and executing the staffing needs we need, even when we give same day, short term notice. 90% of my staff all came from lyneer. Great company to work with.

I don’t rely on staffing agencies, I have two jobs just trying to switch one of them…. This company is very depressing, I don’t think they actually assist with job placement… Never not heard from a staffing company after 3 days, what was the point of getting my information… It’s been two months and you’re telling me 0 jobs available… I drove 35 minutes to this empty office even tho I had an interview in the area… Just don’t like giving my information to low quality companies for no reason..

From my experience at Lyneer staffing solutions they're out here playing straight-up games with people’s time, energy, and livelihoods — and it needs to be called out. They’ll have you thinking you’re a top candidate, hype you up, and rush you into interviews… just to turn around and send multiple people for the exact same position without being honest about it. No transparency. No respect. Just a numbers game. You rearrange your schedule, take off work, get childcare, spend gas money, show up prepared — only to realize later you were just one of MANY they threw into the mix with no real intention of placing you. That’s not opportunity — that’s manipulation. And let’s not ignore the lack of communication: • No follow-ups • No real feedback • No honesty about where you actually stand • Just silence or vague responses after you’ve done everything they asked And when you try to circle back for clarity, suddenly the energy shifts. Conversations get short. Questions don’t really get answered. You’re left reading between the lines instead of getting anything direct. That alone tells you everything you need to know. Then there are those moments where conversations seem to switch lanes the second applicants walk in — side comments, quick exchanges, things being said just out of reach, like you’re not meant to fully catch it. Whether you understand every word or not, the tone alone can tell you when something isn’t sitting right. Even the atmosphere while you’re sitting there waiting speaks for itself. You can feel the shift — glances, quiet conversations happening just out of earshot, a different kind of energy moving around the room. Nobody says anything directly, but it’s one of those situations where you don’t need everything spelled out to understand what’s going on. Meanwhile, they’re picking and choosing behind the scenes based on THEIR preferences, not necessarily who’s most qualified — and definitely not being upfront about it. People are out here seriously trying to better their lives, and these agencies treat it like a game of chance. If an agency can’t be transparent about: ✔️ How many candidates they’re submitting ✔️ What the employer is actually looking for ✔️ Where you stand in the process …then you need to question what you’re really dealing with. Your time matters. Your effort matters. Your situation matters. Stop letting these places waste it. Pay attention to patterns. Ask direct questions. And don’t be afraid to walk away from any agency that moves shady or avoids giving you clear answers.
