Luxy Nails Spa

Just moved to the Jax beach area and I’ve had the hardest time finding a place I like. Decided to walk in. I maybe waiting 5 before they got started on my nails. My nail tech was Louis, extremely professional, and very artistic! I showed him I wanted and he did that exactly. My husband and I also got pedicures and both techs (Kaitlin & Tracy) made us feel relaxed, cared for with lots of laughs. Happy to say I found my new place! Inspo pic and finish work at the end.

My Daughter and I have been coming here for 8 years. Never had a single bad experience. Lin and her incredible staff have always made us feel like Family. My daughter went through many health issues and Lin always made her feel extra special whenever she was well enough to come in. She even texted me to check on her from time to time. When we. Started coming here my daughter was 8 and the Hello Kitty Spa Chairs brought us in; but, the incredible service, kindness and care is what keeps us coming back to Luxy Nail Spa for years and we will continue to return for years to come.

I've been coming here for 9 years and Lynn has always gone out of her way to accommodate my schedule and my indecisiveness. She does a phenomenal job on my nails and actually massages during the pedicure! The salon is clean and as somebody who is really ruff on my hands my nails never chipped they always look great!

No need for a contact-I already expressed my dissatisfaction of one of my nails being so crooked that the side of my real nail was exposed- and was met with being told that I didn’t understand and that it was just the coffin shape I requested.He proceeded to just file some of them, which of course will not correct a crooked nail, so now I just have an uneven set of nails and had to go purchase tools to even them out myself. Upon further review when I went to correct them, some nails are mismatched shapes even. I’ve never in my life went back in and asked to correct something I was unhappy with- so how my concern was received and unresolved is why I was so unhappy with the service. I love that my nails are done in such a timely manner here, (and he outwardly prides himself on that) but not at the expense of the quality of the service. I understand it would have taken too much time to be corrected and put a whole new nail on to cover the part of my real nail that was exposed, so instead I was just told that I didn’t understand the shape. Very disappointed because I thought had found my nail place and person after years of being in Jax, but unfortunately will not be back. Not because of the nail- but because of how my concern was received and unresolved. Although it is frustrating to conclude I have an entire set of uneven and mismatch shaped nails that I spent $80 on with tip.
