I feel like 2 stars is being generous. I had an appointment today at 10:30, I was there at 10 and was seen right away (which was great). I’m not sure if I should have taken how busy the salon was as a sign or not, but I feel I should have (it was only me and 1 other person). I came in wanting Disney inspired 4th July nails and this is what I ended up with. The one photo is an inspo pic with the nail art idea that is circled. The lady that did my nails didn’t speak to me throughout our appointment and seemed rather annoyed to be doing my nails or that she didn’t want to be at work. I asked for my nails to be cut short to the length as one of my nails since I had a tip on it from breaking it and they weren’t. I had a clear dip with gel polish on top and the glitter gel is so rough and bumpy. I had 2 cuticles nicked by the e-file and she also got too close with the nail buffer and scratched a cuticle that she got with the e-file. I am not from around here, just passing through and this place had great reviews which is why I chose to come here. I should have trusted my instincts and gone somewhere else.

So for starters if could have rated this place lower then a 1 star I would have. I had an appointment at 6:30 pm for nails for a French tip and then eyebrow wax and then toe painting. I called this in but when I got there they were trying to add stuff on that I didn’t ask for done. I was quoted $57 dollars for everything over the phone and then when I got there they started the water and started doing a pedicure, I told the girl that started on my nails that I didn’t want a pedicure. They just kept proceeding to do it anyways. While the girl was doing my nails she kept leaving the dremel in one spot so it felt like it was burning. My nails weren’t finished they didn’t seal them and didn’t paint the tip. And left them super thick. Then I got my eyebrows done and the girl doing them kept calling me Sasquatch because my eyebrows were thick and then when she was done with them she was going around showing everyone what was on the wax strip. Then a lady started painting my toe nails and then a guy stepped in and started doing it. Then the owner Tracey came up to me while I was getting my toe nails done and was like let’s go ahead and get your payment. So she told the girl who did my nails to get my wallet and get my card out of it, which I thought was very disrespectful. Like you don’t just have someone go through someone’s wallet. And again while I was still getting my toe nails painted she was like do you want to leave a tip and I was like no because this is the worse experience I have ever had at a nail salon. But I felt bad for the girl who did my nails because she was honestly really sweet so I tipped wanted to tip her. I’m just very disappointed and would like my money back at this point because I’m suppose to be getting engagement pictures done and I’m not happy about anything I got done here. And it took them a total of 2 hours to get all of this done to do a crappy job. Closing is 730 and I didn’t leave there until 830. Worst experience ever don’t plan going back.

Professional, friendly, and great service. They do the best pedicures that I have experienced in my life. They can do any type of nail design you want. Prices are great also. I refuse to go anywhere else for my hands & feet
