⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had my car washed at Luv Car Wash on Atlantic Boulevard, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff was friendly and efficient, making the process quick and hassle-free. The wash itself left my car looking spotless, and I appreciated the attention to detail, especially in the interior cleaning. The facility is well-maintained, and the self-service vacuum stations were a nice touch. I also liked the variety of wash options available, catering to different needs and budgets. Overall, Luv Car Wash exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning for my next wash!
Adrian was so helpful when I came through today. He made sure that I had no questions or concerns and he gave me a few extra “LUv” air refreshers. They are strong and smell great! Very happy customer!
A couple of months ago, I came to this car wash because I wanted to update the license plate number on my account. The employee standing by the computer told me they could not change my plate because it was a dealer plate. This made no sense, since I had been using that plate without any issues, and every other car wash was able to process it just like a regular plate. I only wash one personal vehicle. The employee then called the manager, who spoke to me in a very rude and unpleasant tone. He repeated that they could not change my plate from a dealer plate to a regular plate and claimed that the system would block me. As a result, they refused to wash my car. I ended up driving 15 minutes to another car wash, where they updated my plate number with no problem at all. Ever since that experience, whenever I am in the area, I deliberately avoid this location. The car wash at this address is terrible. I do not know the name of the manager I spoke with, but he was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Adriano was super nice and assured screens and machines were operating well before allowing my car through. Accommodated me with an upgraded wash for my wait. Was greeted with a smile, just great customer service.
