I’ve been coming to LUV Car Wash for about 3 years now, and they have never disappointed me. Every visit is consistent my car always comes out looking fresh, spotless, and like new. Kaykay was especially helpful during my last visit. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made the whole experience even better. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about their customers, and that level of service really stands out. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, someone is always there, ready to help with a great attitude. If you’re looking for a reliable car wash with excellent customer service, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!
I have been a member of LUV for some time and have used several locations. Today the staff at this location near the St Johns Town Center went ABOVE and BEYOND to be certain that I was a satisfied customer and that my vehicle was spotless! Needless to say, I have a new primary car wash location!
Every time I come it’s a pleasant experience. They always have Ocean scented fresheners, their towels smell clean although they have been sitting together in the bin, & I am grateful for the carport cover over the spot where I dry my the car. Lauren is a jewel! Very sweet and accommodating!!
Came in on a very busy Saturday and was greeted by Sandra with the sweetest smile and great energy! She ensured I knew all of the perks that are available to me as a LUV customer and really made my day. Definitely coming back
I had a great experience at this car wash! Chase and Chandra provided excellent customer service and were extremely helpful. They even took the time to check the lost and found for an item I misplaced. I truly appreciate them going above and beyond. Five-star service!
