So I come to this location regularly, and by far this visit ranked among the best experiences I’ve ever had here and that is entirely because of Denitra. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness that immediately set the tone for the rest of my visit. She was not only helpful and professional, but she also had a way of making me feel like I truly mattered as a customer. In a world where great customer service can sometimes feel rare, Denitra delivered an experience that was absolutely top tier. Her attentiveness, positive attitude, and willingness to go above what her job duty did not go unnoticed. Employees like Denitra are the reason customers return and continue to support a business. She represents your company exceptionally well and embodies the kind of excellence that deserves to be recognized. Terrance is who helped me and I believe he was in training. He definitely made me smile. I had a membership months ago and the experience wasn't the best with the vacuums and stuff. Terrance came and checked on me along with others and made sure I found a vacuum that was working to my liking. He is hilarious! He definitely knows how to draw the customers in!
