I paid $23.65 for a single car wash and vacuum access, but the experience was entirely frustrating. Immediately after exiting the wash tunnel, the only open vacuum spaces were labeled for members or blocked off with cones. When I tried to pull into an empty spot and move a cone, an employee yelled at me to stop. He told me those were all broken and I had to back up despite the other 3 (also confused) cars behind and go into the member “express” section. I explained I wasn't a member, which is exactly why I had avoided that lane in the first place. Once parked under the member section, only one side of the vacuums was functioning and it wasn't the side my car was on. I had to awkwardly stretch the hose across my vehicle, leaving my passenger side poorly vacuumed. To make matters worse, the wash itself left dirt on the exterior, requiring extra attention. While trying to fix the poor wash job, the same employee rushed me, claiming I had a time limit and was holding up the line. Had I been permitted to use the open, non-member spots, there were no time-limit signs posted and I could have actually cleaned my vehicle. I drive past this location every day on my commute and was actively planning on purchasing a monthly membership. After this morning, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.
Elijah is an excellent manager. He helped us get exactly what we needed with professionalism, efficiency and kindness. We also watched him help his team in the exact same manner. And the car wash was great too.
I normally don’t write reviews often but when I have an experience this good I can’t help it. As I was rolling in to purchase a new membership I came in contact with Novak. He was very accommodating and helpful and explained each tier and the benefits of each one slowly. I had a couple more follow up questions and he was glad to answer them. I have never met a car wash employee as accommodating and as helpful as Novak. He is the reason I am taking my time to write this review.
Ashley made my experience seem like more than “just an ordinary car wash”. The customer service is exceptional and the facility is always clean! They stay busy, but the service is fast, yet never rushed. With a staff like this, you can tell why!
The Atlantic beach location is by far the best location in Jax and the surrounding area. The management team there are the best! Brandi so amazing sweet polite and comforting. She was will to help with anything I needed. And the amazing AM, ELIJAJ̌ he is so kind and helpful. Even when things are a pit confusing.And as of last month I have seen a new team member. I think his name is BROCK not brook! And he is very polite. He just quietly said it's brock sir.He even noticed my United States Marine Corps hat that I had on. And thanked me for my service & sacrifice! Then he told me he would clean my wifes&mine from top to bottom. All because I served. I asked was that just for me. He said no. And that I should tell all my fellow service members and there family members. Because at love's they have a lot off love for those who served and there families!
