First and last time shopping here. I’ve never purchased any products from lush until today. I purchased a massage bar and dusting powder and was happy with my purchase until later I looked down and notice my bag from lush was leaking. There was liquid all over the bottom of the bag that had leaked onto my brand new purse I had just gotten. When I went through the lush bag I noticed what was leaking was a sample of shower gel in the bag that I had NOT asked for or was even made aware was put in my bag. This literally even ruined my dusting powder as it leaked all over that as well. I basically spent $40 to have my stuff ruined.

My partner and I are traveling again. This time we’re in Florida. As usual, my goal is to visit every Lush shop along our route. Today we visited Lush in Jacksonville at St. John’s Town Center, located at 4791 River City Rd. The team members greeted us as we walked in and were super nice, offering assistance and demos. Tina was so kind - she made me several samples of my usuals as I’d forgotten to bring them with me! The shop was nicely laid out, very spacious, well-stocked and easy to navigate. I think this is one of the nicest stores I’ve ever been to. So glad we stopped in!
I LOVE this lush, the employees are so friendly and they have the cutest bath bombs! I love the employee Josie she is so sweet, love her! By far my favorite lush ever!!
Ehhh I have a mixed review down the middle. I've gotten good stuff from them buttt I also purchased a black bathbomb from them that did me soooo dirty. I already assumed it would stain my skin a little but I didn't expect it to stain my tub. Im renting it took months for the color to come out but there is still some stain in the tub. Hoping that doesn't come out of my deposit when I move, that or I can get it out totally before I leave.
I go here every month or two. Today, I had the best experience I've ever had thanks to Abby, who kindly, knowledgably, and enthusiastically helped me explore new products. She shared my excitement and made me feel comfortable. Thank you!
