Dr. Khadour is an excellent doctor. She is well experienced and she has good communication with her patients. I am giving 5 stars for her professionalism. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the front desk staff. The lady named Barbara is rude. She has no customer service experience and she needs some manners to be the face of a doctor office front desk.
My first time meeting Dr.Luna Khadour as a new patient, My visit went very nice & smooth, she was attentive to all my concerns and made professional decisions for my care. The office staff was amazing as well and very polite and friendly. There was no long wait, the waiting area was nice and clean. The waiting room was not overcrowded. I finally feel like I’ve finally found an Dr. that I can feel comfortable with taking care of all my needs and concerns, that listens to the patient and knows exactly how to address the concerns. I Thank God that I’ve been welcome into the family. Dr.Luna is very beautiful and vibrant inside and out. I highly recommend this family practice, I even gotten a notification that my prescription was sent to the pharmacy of my choice and all my referrals was sent the same day as well. This is the BEST service ever that’s PROMT!🙏🏽💕🤗
Dr. Khadour always listens to questions and concerns. Very patient and knowledgeable. Great “bedside manner” Great follow up from previous visits and tests that were ordered. I adore her!
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Luna Khadour. She came across as unprofessional and extremely rude during my visits. Instead of listening to my concerns as a patient, she dismissed them and repeatedly insisted that she was the only one who knew what was right. Her attitude made me feel disrespected and ignored, as if my input and experiences with my own health didn’t matter at all. A doctor should show care, patience, and respect, but unfortunately, I found none of that here. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for a physician who truly listens and values their patients.
Excellent service. They were fast and thorough. Listened to our needs. We felt comfortable and cared for.
