Lou knows what he’s talking about and has the scars to prove it I was naïve to think that I would never be in an accident especially as a passenger but at 47 it happened and it destroyed my life. I’ve been bedridden for three years and basically His advice is not only authentic and honest which I appreciate and I love that he doesn’t sugarcoat it. He just tells it like it is and I like that because it makes me feel like I’m not being sold. I’m being advised and there’s a difference so I definitely would tell anyone that needs any kind of insurance to call him. He knows his stuff.
Shay and the Espada team have been the best to work with of any agency. This is true customer service Which is hard to find in 2026.

Shaytee Lauren's did a phenomenal job addressing my situation and taking care of my payment especially at this difficult time with my father in hospice with stage 4 lung cancer. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. So many things I've had to take care of have been a hassle trying to get resolved. It was nice for at least one thing to transition smoothly and easily. Florida Peninsula Insurance canceled my policy due to my father passing away. They have been giving me a fit about canceling the policy immediately. Florida Peninsula Insurance said they could no longer insure my house due to being a high risk because the policy was in my father's name. What a crock of crap. Taylor with Estrada Insurance finally reached out to me and apologized for all of this. She has taken it personally to ensure this policy is canceled immediately. Thank you Taylor
