Lucy's Gift Boutique

Great Customer Service! I received the wrong Pandora charm for Christmas and didn't have the receipt. They were able to exchange it for the correct charm with no problems. I originally tried at Artsy Abode and they made me feel like a criminal. Lucy's has made me a life long customer and I will never go back to Artsy Abode!

I own many Pandora bracelets! My oldest one needed to be clean so I finally decided to make the time to go in to have it cleaned. Only to find out by a worker that due to Covid they are not cleaning bracelets right now! I walked into the store with my mask on but none of the workers had on a mask. As I left the store I thought about how that didn’t make any sense to me. What does Covid have to do with you cleaning my bracelet? Just say you don’t feel like working! Needless to say, I will no longer spend my money there in the future! I was so disappointed in this store!

Lucy's has a great selection of Vera Bradley bags and other goodies, and the latest Pandora. They have special offers, gift with purchase and military discounts. All the girls are really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products and helping you find the perfect gift for your loved one (or yourself).
