Enid & Kim did a great job providing me the best customer service experience! I came in looking for some Pandora charms for a birthday present and both ladies allowed me to look at the charms and went out there way to show me more until I found what I liked. There pleasant personality and patience are a virtue to the store!

I have purchased pandora charms and occasionally bracelets from Lucy's on Atlantic Blvd once or twice a year (Christmas and a May birthday) for the past five years and every experience I've ever had has been positive. They have a great selection and it is so much easier than going to the Pandora Store at St. John's Town Center (though I've had positive experiences there, too). Since they have several locations around town, if something is out of stock here, they can always check other stores. My only criticism would be that the wait can sometimes be too long as they are either understaffed or you get a person who is not informed so has to consult with other employees; Christmas should bring more customer service. But this is minor, not nearly as bad as having to deal with mall crowds, and I have found the customer service itself to always be generous and very helpful. I see one reviewer commenting about how advertised discounts don't apply to Pandora and other brands and I see the owner's response that they are not allowed to discount these. All I have to say is, that's really a shame and it would be great for them to find some work around and to advertise this fact very boldly because it can seem misleading.

Terrible.. Waited over 15 mins to buy a Pandora gift for wife. I was ignored by the sales staff. Especially one sales lady who was engaged in what appeared to be none sales personal conversation. On Christmas Eve especially, sales agents should be focused on both customers needs and sales. Not frivolous conversation. I will not return to Lucy's or Gretchens Hallmark.

I would not recommend shopping here. I had never been into the store, but had a coupon from the Teal Deals book and decided to go in and look around. While in the shop we picked out a couple of items, and when we went to checkout we were informed the coupon could not be used on any Pandora, Alex and Ani, or Brighton products. The shop advertises these brands as their main inventory, and the coupon did not list that any of these items were excluded. The items we selected were overpriced, but with the coupon, made it reasonable. I find it to be very shady business to claim a coupon doesn't cover almost all of your inventory after you are already at the checkout.
