They recently started offering permanent jewelry and I thought it’d be great to scheduled this for my wife and daughter. I asked about it and it sounded super simple and like there was plenty of availability. What a mistake to think this could be simple. There is not formal appointment process and looks like no one is ever there to actually be able to do it. Why bother advertising something you can’t actually deliver on or care to explain when someone calls?
Went there for Mother’s Day gifts and had a great experience with the sales lady. She was nice, showed me everything I wanted to look at and didn’t show a sign of annoyance or anything even though I was a bit needy. I’m knocking off a star because of my experience last week. I walked in and the sales lady couldn’t be bothered to help me. I asked her a question or 2 but was so uncomfortable with her demeanor I had to leave. No worries though, I will just be looking for the other girl before I come to shop :)
Love this store completely the workers there are very nice and friendly. They always greet you ask you how your day is and what can they help you find. Pamela is awesome. She is very cheerful and always has a smile on her face and makes you feel welcome to shop here. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
Great staff helped me pick out a nice padoria bracelet for my wife's Christmas present. Worked with me to make the perfect charm selection even though I had no idea what I was doing. My wife was so happy. I highly recommend to the men looking for a gift for the wife but have no idea what to get.
