Lucy's Boutique is one of Jacksonville's true treasures. Whether I'm shopping for someone I love or lucky enough to receive a gift from there myself, every visit is a wonderful experience. I especially love their beautiful collection of Hobo handbags, Enewton jewelry, and Ocean's Sterling Silver. My husband has turned me into quite the collector of the Ocean's pieces, and each one is something I genuinely treasure. What truly sets Lucy's Boutique apart is the people. They are warm, welcoming, and genuinely care about their customers. It's rare to find a business that stands so confidently behind the products they carry while treating every customer with such kindness, grace, and respect. Their integrity and customer service are second to none. If you're looking for a special gift—or a little something for yourself—I can't recommend Lucy's Boutique enough. Thank you for making every visit feel personal and for creating a place where customers feel truly valued. You have earned a customer for life.
Be careful when you go in the Lucy portion. My daughter was trying on bracelets. Then got accused of stealing. She did not take anything. We go there a lot and will be finding a new place to shop for jewelry.
Great choices of gifts, including necklaces bracelets, and charms from Pandora and others. Excellent customer service
Great shop. Good variety of items. Love their Christmas stuff.
I won’t go into details but suffice to say management made the impossible happen and I am extremely grateful🍁
