  Called twice on the way to the location so we could get a jump on our evening, no answer. Upon walking in, we weren't greeted. Everyone working seemed confused like it was their first day. We got greeted after I kind of initiated eye contact and said I wanted to make a to go order. The phone rang same time and was promptly answered and their order was put in. It took approx another 10 minutes to get a simple order of one pasta dish and a sub written ordered and the ticket to the kitchen. While waiting ive seen staff eating while handling food, drinks and rolling clean silverware. Another guest was waiting on a call in, she was asked what she was waiting on, we were not far by and were not acknowledged or asked. We are still waiting and its been well over 20 minutes when if the phone call would have been answered this review likely would have been different. Despite what the food is like, this will be a one and done for me. Update: after waiting a few minutes after the first person acknowledged, and the person who had to call in picked up their order, I got up and asked about how much longer my longer. Our food was then grabbed from what I assume was some sort of warming plate. My salad lettuce is wilted, my fiances sub bread was so hard we had to steam it in the microwave to soften it just for him to eat it. The meat was dried out as well so we had to make an sauce for him to choke it down, same with my garlic knot. I got the baked ziti, it lacked seasoning and didn't have the ricotta as stated on the menu. This is like a pasta dish you'd get from dominoes. All in all, never again.
