Nice playground for toddlers up to maybe 8 years old. Also an awesome trail for dog walking! Found it accidentally but I’ll be back. Great place to have lunch in nature in the middle of a more urban area.
It's a very nice place! Tall pine trees surround the playground, and it's so peaceful and quiet out there. The playground is great for different ages. There are no restrooms, though. The parking lot is perfect. And also there are beautiful trails near the playground! The only thing that I didn't like was trash on trails. The woods are really beautiful, but the plastic bottles and other stuff are just gross.
Visited this park solo, midday on a warm sunny Sunday, to check out the hiking trails. This park looked like a gem: quiet, well maintained, ample shade, benches, picnic tables, playground equipment and wooded trails. However, the presence of a handful of middle-aged men on bicycles, just hanging around smoking cigarettes, and then this discovery of another gentleman sleeping in the woods along the trail, clothing and bedding strewn about, left me feeling uneasy.
Great park, but let's get the workers, with children,to be more watchful of people walking, while you are riding around in your carts. The same rules apply for you that go for the regular cars.
This is a great little park that is a lot less busy than the playgrounds right nearby has a major Trail/easy hike to the side,small parking lot,covered picnic tables and big area for kids to run. Good goto park
