This office and all the staff here are so amazing! This was truly the very first time I felt like everyone really cared about my son and cared to spend the extra time. Dr. Registre is an incredible Dr. So friendly, kind, and attentive. I highly recommend this place!!
I want to start this off by saying I came to Dr. Registre despite the bad reviews because he was the only one that could get me in quickly but it makes sense because this guy truly should not be treating patients, especially not patients with chronic diseases. I went in with 2 simple requests: A urogynecology referral and a refill of my current birth control. I left feeling angry and exhausted. This guy could not even spell gynecologist, he was trying to remove medications I take daily that are prescribed by a specialist, he did not know which medication on my medication list was even birth control, which is just a little embarrassing honestly. I watched him struggle to write the referral because he didn’t know the proper ICD-10 codes. Hopefully he did it right but I severely do not think he did…either way, I will not be back. My husband is literally baffled like he said that guy would be an idiot even working at a fast food place, the guy just did not seem with it, throwing lots of personal info at us when we really just needed his help, didn’t need the random spiel on God, did not need to be asked repeatedly why I needed to see a urogynecologist, and really did not need to sit there for 2 hours when I really just needed a referral and a refill. I’ll probably be talking about this appointment for the rest of the month, I just really cannot believe my experience hahaha. Already found a new PCP but if you value your health and time you will not go to this one. I actually had a lot I needed to discuss but decided to only take care of the top 2 things but having to pick and choose which health problems to tackle based off of a doctor’s competence is just something a patient should never have to do.

Worst experience ever my daughter had a emergency 12:30 dr.appointment with him he is not her regular dr. We arrived there at 12:15 got to the back by 12:45 then was not seen until literally 2:00 my daughter was presenting with covid symptoms and sinus symptoms and also chest pains he proceeded to diagnose her with costapation with out even listen to her breathing her chest or anything(she is asthmatic) instead he kept repeating over and over again constipation. I ask what did her smell and taste being gone have to do with he stomach he couldn’t give me a clear answer. He insisted she take miralax. Then went on to have a conversation with me about my job instead of trying to figure out what was really wrong with my daughter. I told him I needed a second opinion so after literally wasting 2.5hours just sitting in a room I still had to go to the e.r and wait where they proved that it WAS NOT CONSTIPATION!!! I do not recommend this dr to any one!he take so long and misdiagnose people without even actually checking them out.he just want to get in and get out that’s it! I will not be returning there unless my kid primary care doctor is actually there.
He took his time to explain everything to my dad and me. Very knowledgeable in his field and cares about his patients.
