My hygienist, February, was awesome. Great cleaning and explained everything she was doing and gave me tips the entire process. The front desk staff were amazing too! Highly recommend!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jeneese at the front desk, who was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The office itself is very clean, organized, and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. G was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Nicole, the dental assistant, was incredibly kind, gentle, and attentive throughout my visit. The entire team made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. It’s not often you find a dental office where everyone is so personable and compassionate. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Jeneese, Dr. G, and Nicole, for making my visit such a positive experience! 😊🦷✨
Dr G and Mary were excellent for my routine cleaning this week. Friendly and professional. The biggest standout, though, was how caring and supportive they were to my wife during a procedure the next day. They went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable, safe, and informed about every part of the procedure. For anyone who experiences anxiety during dental work, I would highly recommend the team at Lotus. Dr G and Shauna were so kind and patient. Lori at the front desk was very hospitable and went the extra mile for us. They all are genuine and love what they do and care for their patients well being and comfort. Highly recommend. We will be bringing the rest of the family here too!
I highly recommend this dental office for their excellent service from the moment you walk through the door. Everyone is incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and professional. Lori and Mary are wonderful—attentive, kind, and thorough—and Dr. G provides outstanding care. I left with super clean teeth and a great overall experience. You can truly tell they care about their patients!
